Olivia Palermo’s favourite pleated skirt this season (one of the big trends of this Spring/Summer 2014) isn’t Céline’s, it is by Zara (of course, but sorry, it sell out and is no more available on the summer sale). We already know Olivia likes to recycle her favourite items but this is a first: Palermo has transformed a skirt into a strapless dress and once again she nailed it.
