About Coperni: Coperni was founded in 2013 by Sébastien Meyer (Creative Director & Co-Founder) and Arnaud Vaillant (CEO & Co-Founder). Sébastien grew up in the South of France and attended a military school, which informed his first memories and inspirations in terms of garments. Arnaud grew up in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a family of doctors. He was passionate about mathematics and fashion from a young age. The duo met ten years ago, at their Parisian fashion school. It was love at first sight, both personally and professionally. Sébastien studied Fashion Design and Pattern Making, while Arnaud was into Fashion Business and Management. Their complementarity is fundamental. After five years at Balenciaga and Chanel for Arnaud, and many design projects for Sébastien, they fulfilled their dream by launching their own brand. In 2015 Arnaud and Sébastien were appointed Creative Directors of the historic French brand Courrèges, but after two years left the brand and went on to relaunch Coperni in 2018
