2015 Vogue September issue: who run the world (and what is she wearing)?

Beyoncé looks as flawless as ever on the 2015 Vogue September issue photographed by Mario Testino. This is Beyoncé’s third Vogue cover. She previously appeared on the March 2013 issue, shot by Patrick Demarchelier, and on the April 2009 issue, shot by Testino. According to an Instagram post from Jacobs, no designer has been featured on two Vogue covers in a row — until now; Nicole Kidman wore a sequined dress from its FW15 collection on the 2015 August issue.
