For Resort 2017, Valentino’s Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli have taken a «trip» to Cuba, tapping into the island’s history -military, African, Spanish and American influences- and culture -the national flower of Cuba, the white ginger lily, translates here into the in house butterfly- and mixing it all with its signature silhouettes and the brand’s unavoidable craftsmanship skills. A decadent collection full of color and infused with nostalgia.
