Tired of searching for the perfect winter coat, Alessia Giacobino decided to take matters into her own hands. Lining a vintage military parka in soft fur, the Italian designer created an easy-to-wear, cosy cover-up that drew compliments whenever she wore it. Developing her original concept into successful brand was the next step. At the beginning, the collection was dedicated to parkas in their original army green color cotton shells, internally lined with rabbit, fox, beaver and mink furs. The jackets had one design for both woman and men. The unique combination of vintage inspired shell and luxurious, colorful furs soon attracted the attention of the fashion elite, that spontaneously endorsed the brand. The brand has now evolved from parkas to encompass a broader range of apparel all 100% made in Italy by the finest artisans; men and women lines are now clearly separated.

Mr&Mrs Italy items are today must haves displayed in the very best shops around the world, including the new flagship boutique in Via Bagutta in the heart of Milan and also available on line
