About the bag: LOEWE’s Balloon bag was the star of the Women’s Spring Summer 2020 Show and is a new signature bag for the house.

Drawing on the house’s longstanding expertise in leatherwork, the Balloon bag is crafted from two kinds of leather: a round structured base of robust calf leather and sitting inside of that, a sac of soft napa calfskin. This napa is of the highest, most full-bodied quality so the bag is left unlined.

The Balloon bag comes in three sizes: small, medium and large. Each medium and large comes with a pair of straps. There’s a shorter handle so that it can be worn high on the shoulder or held in the hand, and a longer adjustable strap so that it can be slung across the body or hung low from the shoulder, depending on one’s style. The small Balloon bag comes only with the longer adjustable strap. And every size pulls closed with a knotted leather drawstring, which can be personalized with LOEWE Anagram Dice in all kinds of colours, sizes and designs.
