If feels that Raf Simons is finally making his mark at Dior. Less constrained, freer, his imagination bloomed even if revisiting Mr. Dior himself garden theme. «I wanted a harder attitude» he admitted. Pleating was a big story of the collection. There were some wonderful day skirts with bias sunray pleats. Sweaters were sheer, almost spongy to the touch. And then attached to every piece: club badges. Emblems. As if models were members of a secret society . In conclusion: many surreal and artificial elements disturbing the perfectly tailored prettiness. The finale unveiled a pleasent whole new collection, though.
