Since Nicolas Ghesquière’s interpretation of short shorts at Balenciaga I wasn’t this excited about satin briefs. Personally, I’m loving every minute of Mary Katrantzou’s take on the pants free trend for her Resort 2015 collection. Katrantzou turned a page with her last collection, an impressive fall show which majored on streamlined maxi dresses crafted with embroidered symbols, with not a digital print in sight. The sequel follows through, but in a muted, lighter, leggier way that I absolutely fell for.
